February 28 is around the corner, yes its the Budget time. This time of the year people from all sections of the life have huge wishlist for the Finance Minister for the Budget.

It is the time when everyone gets busy advising the Finance Minister on what he should do in the coming Budget and in macroeconomic strategy in the coming fiscal year.

This Budget is very crucial one for the government as this is the last change for the government to steer the nation back onto growth trajectory ahead of the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

Belgium Postal Service has launched a Chocolate Stamps which aims to celebrate the country’s popular national delicacy.

These chocolate stamps have the taste and the fragrance of chocolates, unofficially confirming the country’s status as the finest chocolatiers on the continent.

“We have added a chocolate taste to the glue of the stamps… which you can taste when you lick it,” the Belgian postal service said.

“The stamps are also imbued with the smell,” it said, while the design side carries pictures of chocolate in various forms.

“It was not easy to get the scent and flavour of the dark chocolate right. In the end, people from Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland all worked on it,” it said.

Although it is not the first scented stamp, the combination of taste and smell has been tried for the first time.

The Chocolate Stamp Miniature Sheet having a series of five stamps will cost 6.20 Euros and they will go on sale officially from 25th March 2013.
