Thiruvananthapuram : The best actor award winner and Malayalam actor Murali died , 55, he passed away on 6 Aug thursday night around 8.20 pm at the PRS hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, was admitted after a kidney failure followed by a massive heart attack. His body was taken to his hometown Kudavettur in Kottarrakara from Thiruvananthapuram on Friday morning.
He was the Chairman of Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy, he acted in films industry for more than 30 year in many memorable roles, also four time state award winner for Adharam (1992), Kanakinavu (1996), Thalolam (1998) and Neyuthukaran (2001), and best supporting actor for Amaram (1992).
