A man was gored to death, identified as Spanish national named Daniel Jimeno Romero, 27, was killed today at the famous running of the bulls in Plaza de Toros at the end of the second running of the bulls of the San Fermin festival in Pamplona July 8, 2009,Pamplona, Spain.

He was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery but unfortunately died due to his injuries.

He is the 15th person to die during the annual bull run in Pamplona since 1911 but first such death since 2003.
